Product Description

The oil-soluble InP/ZnS quantum dot products provided by Alfa Chemistry are cored-shell fluorescent nanomaterials with InP core and ZnS shell coated with hydrophobic ligands. We provide customers with 480 nm-750 nm wavelength, different grams of products (as shown in the above table). At the same time, we can also customize other products of any wavelength for customers. Our products have uniform particle size, broad absorption spectrum, narrow and symmetric emission spectrum, and high and stable fluorescence intensity, which are especially suitable for the green and red components of quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs).

Applications

Quantum dots are a new type of inorganic fluorescent materials, size in the nanoscale has a series of unique properties Stokes shift, good fluorescence stability, a single excitation multiple emission resistant to photobleaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional fluorescent dyes currently have applications in physics, electronics, chemistry, biology, medicine and other multidisciplinary fields. It is usually a kind of I-V group or -V group elements composed of rice particles size less than or close to the radius of exciton wave (generally not more than 10 nm in diameter has obvious quantum effect. Quantum dots are a new type of approximately meter material developed in recent years. Quantum dots excitation spectrum wide, narrow emission spectrum, emission wavelength can be tuned, can be slightly photobleaching and other characteristics is a beautiful potential applications of biological photoprobe. At present, one of the frontier research hotspots in Yomi analytical chemistry and life analytical chemistry is the synthesis and application of quantum dots.

It is particularly suitable for the green and red components of QLEDs. It is used in solar cells, light-emitting devices and biofluorescent markers.
